- Aluminium is resistant to corrosion. The thin oxyde layer that covers the alloy acts as a protective shield which prevents rust when exposed to air for long periods of time .

- It also has an efficient conductivity (electricity and heat). Hence its use in air conditioning systems. Finally, aluminium is extremely waterproof, lightproof and odor-proof.
